SWDPS Math Bridge Information Form

The class runs during the Summer Session II (July 7-August 15) at the Queensbury Main Campus. The program aims to provide additional support and resources to help students succeed in their math courses and prepare for the Fall semester. If eligible and interested, please complete this brief interest form and ASO staff will reach out to you.

Students must meet the following criteria:

Students must be registered with or have the intention to register with the Accessibility Services Office prior to the start of Summer Session II.
Students must have placed/tested into MAT 099 and/or MAT 109.
Students must be able to attend classes from July 7th to August 15th, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Students must be able to arrange their own transportation.
